Full-time HR Director

at National Holding in Dubai

Job description

Your main job purpose is to provide a comprehensive framework across Exeed Food & Agriculture Industries and its subsidiaries, ensuring the human resources achieves determined strategic business outcomes. You will implement corporate policies, procedures and practices by ensuring that the businesses are properly supported and developed.

 

KPAs:

Implementation of HR policies and procedures

Implementation of reward and benefit programmes

HR best practice

Risk management

Responsibilities:

Drives, manages and controls the overall direction and activities of HR within EFAI head Office and its subsidiaries.

Partners with CEOs / SVPs and GMs to ensure that HR is aligned to support both the Business Unit and Corporate HR.

Research, identify, prioritize and execute Human Resources goals and objectives for the business units.

Work with the management team to ensure HR goals support overall business objectives and strategy.

Proactively identifies organizational issues and barriers impeding business unit and employee productivity.

Leverages opportunities to influence positive change in EFAI companies under functional control..

Drives the delivery of HR services as appropriate in areas including but not limited to Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, Training and Development, Staffing and formulation.

Partners with SVPS / GMs to ensure budgetary adherence on HR-related transactions.

Assists with the recruitment of top talent for key managerial/ leadership positions for the region.

Training and Development - Conduct training needs analysis. Facilitate training and coaching of managers. Coordinate global/regional/local training programs

Education Level – Minimum

•Graduate level with a degree in human resources or an appropriate subject

•A relevant professional HR qualification is preferred

 

Work Experience

•At least 8 -12 years in HR with at least 6 - 8 years in management positions.

•A strong HR background and a thorough understanding and practical experience of construction industrial sectors would be an advantage.

•Strong leadership, negotiation, counseling, mediation, training and team building skills are required
